• Meet your coach — one of our team members will greet you and show you around

Please note: This is a one-time Free Trial. Once cancelled, it cannot be reinstated or refunded. We operate in all weather conditions except during a Category 1 Lightning Alert. In such cases, all plunges will be suspended and your Free Trial will be refunded.

If you wish to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via the Cold Plunge SG App.

WHAT TO BRING

Please DO bring your swimwear or anything that can get wet. Towels are not provided for free trials, but you may rent one for $2.

We have outdoor showers—similar to those at swimming pools—for rinsing off, as well as washrooms, changing rooms, and guest amenities for your convenience.
